Responsibilities:
- Perform general house cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Organize and tidy up rooms and living spaces
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment
- Experience in hotel or residential cleaning is a plus
- Ability to launder linnens if required
Applicants must have reliable transportation from home to the cleaning location and back.
As a independent contractor you must be able to provide your own cleaning supplies. That includes a vacuum cleaner, mop, cleaning products, and cleaning rags)
