Job Overview
As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment for our guests. You will assist the waitstaff by clearing tables, resetting them for new customers, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellent service will contribute significantly to our guests' dining experience.

Duties

Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
Assist servers by delivering food and beverages as needed, ensuring timely service.
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors and restrooms.
Set up and break down dining areas for special events or large parties.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations.
Restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments as necessary.
Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both guests and staff.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests.
Knowledge of bussing techniques and cleaning protocols in a restaurant setting is a plus.
Familiarity with food service operations in restaurants or hotels is advantageous.
A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
