You are super organized with a great attention to detail! You have a knack for cleaning and take pride in creating a tidy environment. You have excellent communication skills and have the “Triple A” of soft skills: Adaptability, Attitude, and Aptitude. Overview:
Glimpse at the job duties:
- Clean designated areas including restrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Perform floor care duties such as buffing, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks to ensure a sanitized environment.
- Assist with residential painting projects as needed.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Execute custodial duties to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or issues promptly.
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks in accordance with safety guidelines.

What we need from you…
- Proven working experience as a Janitor
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Integrity and ability to work independently with self-discipline
- Motivated, responsible, and excellent time management skills
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
