We are looking for a reliable and hardworking House Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a House Cleaning Technician (HCT), you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the interior of our client’s home and providing them with a stress free, clean, and peaceful environment. This includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, washing windows, and other related duties listed in your manual.
We are more than mere house cleaners or maids, because as an HCT, you will be expected to know the best tool(s) or chemical(s) for each surface or task you are charged with completing.
Our HCT’s are provided with the best equipment and training when it comes to home cleaning because we believe that service to our clients begins with service to our employees.
In our inaugural year, we’re aspiring to hire employees that are looking to be part of management in the future with a pay raise of 25% by year 2 of employment (based on work performance).

Hourly Pay: $15-$20 per hour based on productivity
Flexible Hours between 8am-6pm

HCT Responsibilities Include:
· Clean and maintain all areas of a clients home including bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, living rooms, offices, etc.
· Sweep, mop, vacuum floors and carpets as needed
· Dust furniture and fixtures
· Handle the laundry of clients with care
· Wash inside windows
· Picking up laundry and loose clothing
· Stripping and making client beds.
· Deep cleaning entire bathrooms (Including shower and bathroom tiles)
· Safely cleaning electronics such as TV’s and Desktops
· Follow safety protocols at all times
· Empty trash cans throughout the clients home
· Baseboard and Wall cleaning
· Assisting with the organization of cabinets and closets
· Moving furniture of a reasonable size as necessary
· Following any and all safety guide pertaining to cleaning chemicals and materials.
HCT Requirements Include:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Previous experience in a Housekeeping or Home Cleaning environment (1 year preferred)
· Ability to work in a team of 2-3 with minimal supervision
· Attention to detail
· Ability to lift up to 30lbs
· Mode of transportation to and from client’s homes (Mileage reimbursement available)
· Cellular Device for contact and task assignments
