BCG Facility Services, has an immediate opening for a FULL TIME Route Cleaner in the Ft Myers area to provide a specialized hands-free restroom cleaning service for our clients.
**STOP** Due to our customer's contract requirements, a Nationwide Criminal Background Check, Driver's License Check and Drug Test will be performed. Do not apply for this position if you will not pass.
BCG will supply a company vehicle, fuel, cleaning equipment and chemicals. Full training provided. Cleaning is performed while client is open, typically Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM; however, emergency cleanings do occur some evenings and weekends, and your availability to work overtime is detrimental to servicing this account.
Compensation includes:
- Pay is $17.00 per hour, plus performance bonuses for an additional $3.00 per hour (that's $20.00 per hour)!

Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Successfully complete a Nationwide Criminal Background Check
- Pass a Drug Test
- Have a Clean Driving Record
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- No DUI/DWI within five previous years
- No major preventable collisions within five previous years
- Maximum of two non-serious moving violation convictions or preventable minor collisions or any combinations thereof in a commercial or personal vehicle within previous five years
- No driver’s license suspensions within previous five years relative to a moving violation in a commercial or personal vehicle
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally
- The ability to work independently with little supervision
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
