Just Right Cleaning is a commercial cleaning company. We are looking to partner with responsible, reliable, hardworking, passionate cleaners that have an eye for detail. Specifically looking to partner with individuals that can service District Heights, MD and Greenbelt, MD. Must be available to work any day of the week. Please submit an updated resume and answer all questions to be considered. Start time is flexible but the earliest start time at the District Heights, MD site is 10:15pm and the earliest start time at the Greenbelt, MD site is 12:15am. Both clinics must be cleaned by 9:00am. Each clinic takes about 3 hours to clean.
Cleaner Responsibilities:
-General cleaning of building: keeping it maintained, clean and in good condition
-Able to work a flexible schedule if needed
-Able to travel and work in areas nearby if needed
-Able to fill-in if needed
-Able to work on call if needed
-Dusting
-Cleaning of surfaces
-Cleaning of bathrooms
-Cleaning of kitchen
-Collect and dispose of trash
-Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
-Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
-Keep cleaning supplies in stock
-Work and communicate with Management when necessary
Cleaner Requirements:
-Must have mobile data to see schedule and clock-in and clock-out
-Must have a bank account for direct deposit payments
-Must have a valid drivers license
-Must manage your time efficiently
-Must work well when supervisors are not present
-Must provide basic cleaning tasks
-Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies and equipment
-Must have great communication skills
-Able to use basic cleaning equipment
To keep our team members as safe as possible, we provide them with gloves, mask, and sanitizer. Cleaners will be alone in the building. Each place of business thoroughly disinfectants the building throughout the day and after each guest.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $55.00 - $110.00 per day
