Part-time 5-6 hours per day on Mon/Wed/Fri (flexible AM start time) covering our Fort Worth / Arlington / North Richland Hills / Irving locations. We are looking for a person who likes to work independently in a minimal customer contact position. Planned position start date is mid July.

Position Overview
Manage and process mail at our business centers, provide location/facility oversight, and customer assistance as needed. If you are a highly dependable, responsible, self-managing person, with a strong attention to detail, you would be a great addition to our rapidly growing team. This is an operations position requiring independent work the majority of the time with minimal customer or coworker interaction. This position is great for a person that doesn’t like to just sit in one office all day as it requires driving between our local business centers (Fort Worth, South Arlington, North Richland Hills, Irving) to process mail and ensure facilities are in optimal condition.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Mail Processing at four business centers: Sort inbound mail; send email notifications to clients; forward mail to clients; occasional trips to the nearby UPS store for package or express mail forwarding. Mail processing/handling is the largest component of the job.
- Operations: Inspect business center, conduct mailbox audits, track conference room usage vs. reserved time, and monthly supplies checks.
- Office Care: Conduct periodic general office cleaning, touch up paint, fill nail holes, dust, vacuum, and communicate maintenance requests when you spot any issues.
- Customer Service: Greet clients who you see passing through the business centers. Build a working relationship with office rental and workspace rental clients. Ensure client compliance with house rules and policies.
- Each day of work will involve driving to all four locations and spending between 30 minutes to an hour at each location.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities
- Client Tours and Workspace rentals. At times, prospective clients will want to view our facilities. You will help by providing short tours to prospective clients by appointment. You will learn to help clients complete rental paperwork; explain house rules; distribute building access cards; program door locks; out-process clients when moving out; ensure workspaces are promptly returned to rentable condition.
Job Training Expectations
- Initial Training: One week (5 business days) of hands-on training by our corporate team in Atlanta, GA where you will be introduced to our mail and package processing methods. You will learn about the various services we offer so you can effectively respond to client questions. The following week will consist of supported operations with another employee available to assist if you have questions, and to further your operational skills and knowledge of our operations. We provide airfare and hotel for this training along with per diem to cover meals.
What a Typical Work Day Looks Like?
Mon/Wed/Fri: Drive to and process mail at four business centers (sort mail, email clients that mail has arrived, place mail in mail slots, forward mail as needed).

- 21 years old, valid Texas driver’s license, good driving record, reliable car or truck to drive between office locations
- Keyboarding/Typing skills
- Some experience with Ms. Office (Word, Excel) or Google Suites (Google Doc, Sheets, Drive) preferred
- Clear and professional business voice, proficient in English
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to pass background check (no criminal history)
- Must be able to pass drug test and random drug testing during employment
