Industry Leading HVAC Company in MA is seeking highly driven, motivated and skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team.
Our HVAC Team is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and bonuses (Our top performing Technician can earn up to $100,000 per year)!

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems according to specifications
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, providing effective solutions
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards
Requirements:
- HVAC and EPA type ll Certification is desirable for higher positions
- Knowledge of diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems
- A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to go into attics and lift heavy objects when needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
- Valid driver's license
- Good Sales and presentation skills are a big plus
