We are a family owned and operated referral agency cleaning company based out of the Denver metro. Our business prides itself on integrity, mutual respect, and good communication. We are seeking professional, motivated, good quality cleaning companies to partner with and build out our team.
Opportunity: Currently seeking already established cleaners and/or cleaning companies to operate as sub-contractors for cleaning jobs.
Requirements:
- At least one year of professional house cleaning experience.
- Must be able to provide General Liability certificate of insurance for Business
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job site
- Must provide your own cleaning equipment and chemicals (list will be provided)
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be a company or sub-contractor with at least 2-3 cleaners
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning according according to standard requirements
- Actively monitor and respond to job requests daily
Experience:
- Previous experience in cleaning work - At least one year.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good time management skills to prioritize cleaning duties
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
