Ike's Carter Pool Companies is seeking a dedicated Pool Maintenance Tech to join our skilled team. This position is responsible for providing excellent on-site pool cleaning and maintenance services to our esteemed customers. You will follow our proven pool cleaning methods, handle pool chemicals safely, and ensure our clients' pools remain pristine and functional. With 70 years of experience behind us, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch service and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Test and balance water chemistry to ensure optimal pool conditions.
- Brush the tile line, walls, and bottom of pools to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
- Safely and properly handle pool chemicals, maximizing their use for effective maintenance.
- Maintain, test, and diagnose pool equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Complete daily field documentation and site reports accurately and timely.
- Comply with all safety procedures, including safe working and driving habits.
- Maintain high standards in customer service, professional, and ethical conduct.
- Identify equipment repair needs and communicate those needs promptly to the office.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A valid Florida Driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in all seasons, standing and walking for extended periods.
- Physical capability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in pool maintenance or a related field is preferred but not required.
