Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent/housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Front Desk Agent Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department
- Perform night audit functions as needed
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Housekeeper Duties:
- Ensures guest satisfaction by cleaning guestrooms and corridors daily according to operational policies and standards.
- Maximizes job efficiency by maintaining and organizing supply cart, supply closet and vacuum cleaner.
- Ensures safety and maximum security.
- Ensures the property consistently maintains a clean, hospitable and professional environment.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling guest relations effectively
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay: $12.00 (Starting)
Must have: Communications, computer skills.
Work schedule: (Weekday, weekends)
Shift and shift time: day and nights
Expected weekly hours: up to 32 hours
