Lead Technicians are responsible for “setting the tone” with their crew, what happens on their crews, at their job sites, and for the satisfaction of all customers they serve. Lead Techs are team leaders delegating responsibilities and keeping mental control over the work being performed. This position is more than just being a good technician, it is about having the right attitude and being a positive Leader.
Daily Responsibilities:
· Being on time and in uniform for Line Up.
· All representatives of Deja View are to always conduct themselves professionally, and to always treat our customers with respect.
· All Lead Technicians are also responsible for their safety and to help communicate any safety concerns that might come up with their crew.
· The Lead Tech is our liaison to the customer. It is their responsibility to carry out the work ordered by the customer, delegate tasks to technicians, and complete each job to Deja View standards.
· All items on daily checklists are to be completed thoroughly and are the sole responsibility of the Lead. By day's end, all jobs should be done well and invoiced or paid with moneys turned in.
· All equipment should be in good condition, returned, and cleaned.
· All training should be completed and accounted for, and time clocks/ stopwatch records accurate.
You will be trained for and capable of:
· Window Cleaning – Cleaning the entire window, not just the glass, using a detailed oriented process at an efficiency rate of $135 ECR
· Screen Repair – easy to learn process
· Gutter Cleaning - all processes and procedures
· Pressure Washing - all processes and procedures
· Dryer Vent Cleaning - able to identify pipe & vent, clean, reconnect, test dryer vent
· Job Estimates - Accurately perform of all types following protocol
Salary: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
