House Keeper / Personal Assistant
Job brief
We are looking for a professional Housekeeper able of attending to our home with integrity and attention to detail.
The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for us and our guests.
Responsibilities
Perform daily internal and external walk thru which creates a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing.
Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
Notify us on any damages, deficits and disturbances.
Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
Prioritization and time management skills
Working quickly without compromising quality
Knowledge of English language
High school degree

SUMMARY: (for Colaw Family House)
Clean house (internal/external), groceries, laundry, cook, stock all items in the house, stock all business office items, prep house for company, pick up or take to airport, walk house and property, make calls for anything broken, and call vendors for any home/personal property repairs, etc…
Part Time / Work Hours:
Tuesday 9am-5pm & Thursday 9am-5pm. This position could grow into more hours and perhaps a full time position. We occasionally need help outside those hours but will give advance notice.
