Do you love the look of a clean space? We’re looking for an experienced janitor and maintenance professional to fill a position on our team. You’ll keep our building impeccably clean, handling daily upkeep and tasks, and perform other maintenance and cleaning duties as needed. Compensation:

$18 hourly

Responsibilities:

Replace light bulbs, clean mirrors and windows, ensure cleanliness and supply of restrooms on a regular basis
Perform daily janitorial duties such as vacuuming, deep cleaning floors, scrubbing restrooms, dusting furniture and fixtures, and emptying trash
Maintain the cleanliness of certain kitchen equipment as directed by the sous chef
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building
Maintain the presentation and safety of exterior decor and pathways
Write reports of areas cleaned and notify management of major repairs required

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience as a janitor, cleaning crew member, or similar position
Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
Must have a U.S. driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite
Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent
In good physical condition with excellent health
Must be a hard-worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic

Prior experience with facility maintenance required
