Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to meet organizational standards.
Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
Good physical stamina; ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if necessary.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
