Job Summary
We are hiring a cleaner for short-term rentals with an opportunity to grow into a management role for the right candidate. This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and committed to doing their best on every job.

Compensation: Start by earning 60% of each cleaning fee, with the potential to increase to 75% after 3 months based on performance. • 1099 Position

Vehicle a must. Work Hours: • Daily work generally takes place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Sunday availability is required.

Skills

Proficiency in various cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
Ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
