Job Overview:

Crystal Clear Cleaning, an eco-friendly and rapidly growing cleaning company, is looking for reliable, detail-oriented independent contractors to join our team! If you are a professional cleaner with a passion for high-quality service and eco-conscious practices, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough deep cleans, including Airbnb turnovers and real estate showings.
Follow Crystal Clear’s established cleaning guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent quality.
Provide exceptional service to clients with a focus on sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Manage time effectively to complete jobs within scheduled windows.
Use eco-friendly cleaning products, including Flowcheer and other provided eco-friendly chemicals, as required.

Requirements:

Experience: Previous professional cleaning experience preferred.
Transportation: Must have your own reliable vehicle for travel between client locations.
Tools & Supplies: Must provide your own cleaning tools and supplies. Crystal Clear will supply tool list and send select eco-friendly solutions.
Availability: Flexible scheduling with opportunities for same-day payments upon job completion.

Benefits:

Hourly Rate: Starting at $16 per hour, increasing to $20 per hour after the probationary period.
