Job Description:
The Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art is seeking a reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Custodian. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and custodial care of the Museum's facilities, including but not limited to:

Cleaning and maintaining floors (dust mopping, vacuuming, wet mopping as appropriate)
Cleaning and maintaining display cases
Ensuring restrooms are clean and well-stocked
Cleaning the kitchen and administrative offices
Performing general custodial maintenance tasks as required

Schedule:

Monday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Total Hours: 36 hours per week
Note: Friday evenings from November through April will be 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM, still totaling 36 hours per week.

Compensation:

$22.00 per hour

Must be punctual, responsible, and reliable
Well-groomed and professional demeanor
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to perform physical tasks and operate cleaning equipment
