BASIC SUMMARY:

Operate pressure washer machinery, tools, and chemicals to clean a variety of surfaces: fences, driveways, siding, windows, etc. Load and unload equipment from work vehicles. Apply detergent safely as needed.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work independently and provide on-site exterior pressure washing services on a set and on-demand schedule.

Setup and tear-down all equipment at the job site.

Maintain and report any equipment deficiencies.

Produce timely and detailed service reports.

Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment organized and properly maintained.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

2 years of commercial pressure washing experience.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical and equipment functions.

Able to perform physical maintenance work.

Must practice personal and environmental safety on the job using protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection etc.

Drive a utility vehicle to tow large trailer mounted pressure washer from place to place.

Operate 4000 PSI pressure washer.

Use chemicals or cleaning solutions to perform duties.

Trash removal/cleanup.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS – ABILITY TO:

Grasp, lift, push/pull, carry, or transport up to 50 lbs.

Push/pull wheeled carts weighing up to 100 lbs.

Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach with hands and arms.

Stand for length of scheduled shift.

Express and exchange ideas by means of the spoken word accurately, loudly, and quickly.

Perceive the nature of sounds at a normal speaking level and make fine discriminations in sound.

Visual acuity to determine accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.

Withstand a moderate noise level in the work environment.
