Overnight Evening attendant

Essential Functions:

This is a Full-time position. An example of hours: 12:00 am to 8:00 am Monday through Sunday.

Checklist provides direction for shift responsibilities which include but are not limited to the following:

Run and email Audit Reports

Front Desk Check In and key management

Wash and fold laundry

Clean public areas

Sweep and mop floors and stairwells

4 times a shift physical inspections of the property are required, you can be asked to complete more rounds as needed based on the demands of the business. The inspection schedule includes:

Parking lot inspection, outer area perimeter

Ensure Lighting is adequate

No suspect vehicles are present

No unauthorized activity is occurring

Interior corridor and stairway inspection

Ensuring outer perimeter doors are properly locked and not tampered with

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
Skills in custodial work, including residential painting, commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, and facilities maintenance are highly valued.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace while managing multiple tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards across all areas of the facility.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
