Cleaning Technician Job Summary; Responsible for cleaning houses/businesses Vacuums, washes dishes, sweeps floors, launders clothes, cleans and scrubs counters, and dusts surfaces. Primary Responsibilities: • Clean houses with a variety of chemicals, disinfectants, and machines. • Vacuum hardwood floors and carpet. • Sweep up debris. • Clean toilets with toilet brush and chemicals. • Wash soiled clothes and linens. (PRN Ask Client) • Place fresh linens on bed. (PRN Ask Client) • Wash, fold, and stock towels. (PRN Ask Client) • Scrub stains, mold, and mildew from surfaces. • Empty wastebaskets and take out trash. • Wash dishes and put dishes away in cupboards. (PRN Ask Client) • Throw out expired food in fridge. (PRN Ask Client) • Dust tables, wood surfaces, and shelves. • Clean and dust window treatments. • Polish chrome PRN • Wipe down appliances. • Mop, polish, and wax floors. (PRN based on floor composition) • Replace burned out light bulbs. ($3.50 fee per bulb PRN discuss with Kayla or Alex to arrange) • Wash baseboards, walls, and ceilings. (PRN) • Sweep driveways and walkways. (PRN Ask Client) • Disinfect equipment and supplies. • Turn mattresses, plump pillows, and change cushions. (PRN Ask Client) • Refresh flower vases. (PRN Ask Client) *PRN- As needed. The position intent is to get to full time but we have clients waiting for cleaning and with a new employee with availability in schedule we will grow quickly to a full time cleaning schedule. Currently our needs are mostly weekdays during the day but we will be doing business cleaning after hours as well so there is flexibility for families and single parents to work around their needs.
