Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pool Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests at our pool facilities. Duties

Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all guests.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool areas, including lounges and restrooms.
Assist with cash handling for any poolside concessions or rentals.
Enforce pool rules and regulations while addressing any conflicts or concerns that may arise.
Conduct regular inspections of the pool area to ensure safety standards are met.
Assist in organizing events or activities at the pool, promoting guest engagement.
Provide information about pool facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Previous experience in food service, guest services, or events management is preferred.
Lifeguard certification is a plus but not required; willingness to obtain certification is essential.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
Experience working with children is beneficial as the role may involve interacting with families.
Excellent conflict management skills to address any issues that arise effectively.
Public speaking skills are advantageous for leading poolside activities or announcements.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
