Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various rentals, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks in residential settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Maintain floors through effective floor care techniques such as buffing and polishing.
Conduct industrial cleaning duties as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Manage custodial duties including waste disposal and restroom sanitation.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.

Experience

Prior experience in residental cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with floor care equipment and techniques, including buffing machines.
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties, including lifting and moving items as necessary.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
