Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet, tile, furniture, and Area Rug cleaning services in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong commitment to cleanliness and customer satisfaction, ensuring that all carpets are treated with care and expertise.

Duties

Perform carpet cleaning using various techniques and equipment, including steam cleaning and shampooing.
Conduct thorough inspections of carpets to identify stains, damage, or areas requiring special attention.
Maintain and operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
Safely operate company vehicles between appointments
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences.
Assist in floor care tasks, including buffing and maintaining cleanliness in commercial spaces.
Follow environmental service protocols to ensure safe and effective use of cleaning chemicals and disposal of waste water
Document work performed and report any issues or additional services needed to management.

Skills

Previous experience in home service business a plus
Clean driving record and ability to safely operate company vehicles
Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering clean results.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with environmental services standards is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
