We are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking window cleaners to join our company. No experience necessary but must be willing to learn. Must be comfortable working at high heights and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods. Employees must arrive to work on time, complete daily tasks, follow instructions, be detail oriented, be comfortable asking questions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Clean windows on both high-rise and low-rise buildings commercial and residential
Clean interior and exterior glass
Carry and work on ladders up to 40 feet
Operate a power washer
Clean vehicles
Stock and track personal tools (provided by company)

Window Cleaner Requirements and Qualifications

Cleaning experience a plus but not required
Comfortable with heights
Physical stamina
Self-motivated
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation

Winter Schedule and Requirements

On call for snow removal and ice melt application creating work opportunity for all year round

Pay and Schedule

Full time, part time, seasonal
$15 - $25 depending on experience - Ground Crew
8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday
Some nights and weekends - not often (est 4 times a year)
Snow removal wages are significantly higher
Eligible for monthly bonus and/or incentives for regular and snow season

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
