Job Summary
Jax City Cleaners. (www.jaxcitycleaners.com) is seeking hardworking and reliable house cleaners. You will be setting up your own schedule on our platform, specifying the hours you wish to work, and the Jacksonville locations you want to work in. We do cleans within Jacksonville beach, Neptune beach, Ponte Vedra beach, Atlantic beach, and Beach haven.. We provide you with a friendly support team who will set up your appointments for you and get you booked out according to the schedule you have set up for yourself. We deal with any customer service issues to save you time and let you focus on your work. We also take care of handling/collecting all payments for completed jobs. Jax City Cleaners was locally built, is run locally and services locally. Compared to other competitors, we offer well above minimum wage. We want our cleaners to be properly and fairly compensated for the effort you put into your cleans.

Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in homes.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for clients.
- Conduct deep cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the quality of the home environment.
- Manage commercial cleaning assignments with attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide custodial services that meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring satisfaction with the results.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.

Requirements
- Proven experience in house cleaning or a related field such as hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require standing for long periods, lifting, or moving items as needed.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when required.
