Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Sanitation Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the sanitation operations to ensure a clean and safe environment for all.

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the cleaning staff in their daily tasks. Report to the plant manager
- Ensure all areas are cleaned and sanitized according to company standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Train new cleaning staff on proper sanitation procedures
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Handle scheduling and assignments for the cleaning team

Requirements

- Spanish Speaking
- Experience in commercial cleaning, custodial, or housekeeping management
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and procedures
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
