Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Execute floor care tasks such as buffing and maintaining various types of flooring.
Conduct commercial cleaning duties in office spaces, ensuring all areas are presentable and hygienic.
Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure personal safety and that of others.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.

Qualifications

Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with custodial practices and industrial cleaning techniques is a plus.
Skills in residential painting or facilities maintenance are advantageous.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Must have reliable transportation to travel between job sites as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
