Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Independent Contract Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards for our clients, flipping Airbnb properties, and working as a team for commercial cleans.

Duties
- Clean and sanitize designated areas working on our detail rotation cleaning program

- Follow professional cleaning checklist to ensure every clean is consistent
- Launder linens and towels properly
- Perform carpet cleaning as needed
- Handle waste disposal and ensure proper recycling practices
- Assist with basic custodial duties as a team when required for commercial spaces
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to guests and management
- Execute housekeeping management tasks efficiently and professionally

Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred -Reliable and friendly with clients and management
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and ownership/ safe handling of cleaning chemicals and tools
- Familiarity with custodial duties and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in rental property setting / ownership of eco friendly supply is a plus
- Background check clean, valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $400.00 per day
