Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently while ensuring high standards of cleanliness.

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in guest rooms, hallways, etc.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-presented.
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring.
- Provide custodial services , adhering to established cleaning protocols.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
- Respond promptly to customer requests and inquiries with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Assist in housekeeping management tasks as needed, including inventory tracking and reporting maintenance issues.

Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning environments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good physical stamina; must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or related fields is a plus but not required.
