JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for operational support in remediation efforts for client contents. Main functions will include performing tasks related to contents cleaning. This position will be required to use a variety of specialized equipment under supervision.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Taking direction/training from supervisor, clean household items like furniture, tables, chairs, and sofas using specialized cleaning materials
Accurately keep track of cleaned items and items to be cleaned using our simple inventory system
Maintain equipment used in daily tasks
Consistently show up on time and be a reliable teammate for the cleaning staff
Adhere to team guidelines and corporate values

QUALIFICATIONS

Restoration or cleaning industry experience preferred
Possess a sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
Strong customer orientation with excellent interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comprehensive understanding of customer service principles and practices
