"Attention outdoor grill enthusiasts! We are seeking hard-working and reliable outdoor grill cleaning and grill repair technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate must have their own transportation and a clean driving record. Physical labor is required.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain outdoor grills to a high standard.
Prepare work area to protect customers' patio/deck/walls/island.
Use of specialized equipment and cleaning products.
Troubleshoot problems with grills and report findings.
Document work completed in company's app, including notes, photographs and customer payment.
Provide an excellent customer experience by communicating with customers and taking ownership of work.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 80 pounds and standing for 3-5 hours at a time.
Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
Prior experience in auto detailing, appliance repair, or commercial kitchen cleaning is preferred but not necessary.

We offer comprehensive training and provide all necessary equipment. We are a growing company with room for advancement. We are hiring for two technicians with the expectation of one becoming lead repair technician within 3 months.
