*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within our establishment. This role is crucial in upholding our commitment to providing exceptional service in a hotel environment. *Duties* - Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to standard. - Develop and implement cleaning schedules for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. - Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment. - Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards. - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules around events or high occupancy periods. - Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally. - Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring all staff are trained on proper cleaning techniques. *Qualifications* - Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or similar hospitality environment. - Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning practices, floor care techniques, and custodial operations. - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. - Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with staff and guests. - Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices is preferred.
