We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Janitorial/Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic team on the 2nd shift.

What You’ll Do:
You will be responsible for ensuring our facility is sparkling clean, well-organized, and running smoothly. Your daily, weekly, and monthly tasks will help create a welcoming and productive environment for everyone. Responsibilities include:

Consistently clean and maintain offices, common areas, restrooms, breakrooms, windows, and the exterior of the building.
Daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping down surfaces.
Buffing, polishing, and waxing floors using power equipment to keep them in top condition.
Sanitize high-traffic areas and maintain cleanliness in break rooms and restrooms, stocking supplies as needed.
Empty trash cans, clean windows, and ensure every area is spotless.
Perform minor repairs and maintenance such as painting, wall patching, and light assembly work around the facility.
Work safely, always prioritizing your health and the safety of your teammates.

What We’re Looking For:

Prior janitorial experience is a must! You know how to get the job done and take pride in your work.
A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed.
Experience using power cleaning equipment like floor buffers and pressure washers.
Ability to lift at least 40 lbs. and perform the physical demands of the role, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with thoroughness and care.
Reliable transportation to ensure you arrive on time and ready to go.

Schedule:

Tuesday – Saturday
Tuesday through Friday: 2:00pm – 10:30pm
Saturday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
