Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties in assigned areas, ensuring all spaces are clean and well-maintained.
- Conduct floor care activities, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Execute custodial tasks such as dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash receptacles.
- Assist with residential painting and touch-ups as needed to enhance the appearance of facilities.
- Maintain equipment and supplies in good working order; report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Support facilities maintenance by performing minor repairs or upkeep tasks as required.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning duties to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, custodial services, or industrial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player when necessary.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift and move items as needed during cleaning tasks.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the shift.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining cleanliness in all assigned areas.
