We are looking for a Team Member to help take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. All work is outdoors but in covered areas and hours needed are open. Full or Part time available. Must be able to work mornings. Immediate job opening.

Responsibilities

Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, maintaining floors, elevators, doors, windows, bathrooms, and debris control)
Perform routine inspection
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Stock and maintain restrooms
Cooperate with the rest of the staff
Follow all health and safety regulations
