Job Opportunity: Experienced & Reliable Cleaner Needed

Position Details:

Location: Various residential and commercial locations

Hours: Flexible shifts (part-time and full-time options available)

Pay: Competitive and based on experience

Gas Compensation Provided for travel to job sites

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sanitizing, and polishing surfaces.

Ensure all rooms and spaces are cleaned to the highest standard.

Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment, adhering to safety guidelines.

Take initiative in maintaining cleanliness and order in client homes or businesses.

Report any damages or maintenance issues encountered during cleaning.

Drive to job sites in various locations as assigned (gas compensation provided).

Work independently: Must be comfortable working alone, managing your schedule, and completing tasks without direct supervision.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation: Must have your own vehicle to travel between jobs.

Base access preferred: While not required, preference will be given to candidates with access to military bases.

Experience preferred: Prior professional cleaning experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Verifiable references: You must provide references who can confirm your reliability, attention to detail, and work ethic.

Strong time-management skills with the ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Willingness to work alone and travel between job sites as needed.

A positive attitude, good communication skills, and an eye for cleanliness.
