As a Shift Leader you will lead a team of Cleaning Technicians as they go out to clean customers homes, and offices. You will also be responsible for customer interactions, taking payments, final walk throughs, and ensuring our customers are delighted with our service. We are looking for a bilingual (not required) person with a great personality and work ethic, and the ability to lead a diverse team of individual contributors. Strong attention to detail and great communication skills are pivotal to your success in this role.

We are also hiring full time Residential Cleaning Technicians. As one of our trusted home cleaning professionals you will be responsible for working with our valued customers to provide best in class cleaning services.

NO CLEANING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Job Requirements

· Must be available to work Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30

· Additional Responsibilities/Duties as a House Cleaning Professional:

- Fulfil obligations based on the request of each client

- Attendance to each workday or request off at least 3 days in advance

- Report any issues to the supervisor

- Be willing to learn and cooperate in a team

· Other Requirements:

- Strong work ethic and good customer service experience

- Have basic cleaning product knowledge

- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
