We are looking for a full time maintenance/janitorial technician.

Responsibilities include:

· Maintaining 1 commercial property

Must have the ability to perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

· Landscaping

· Change lightbulbs, replace switches

· Interior upkeep, painting, drywall patching etc.

· A/C filter change and drain flush

· Basic property management (including overseeing contract workers)

· General cleaning of facility including bathrooms, offices, and work areas

Clean and wash company vehicles and maintain them in good working order including taking them in for service and keeping accurate records.

Requirements for the position are:

· Active Driver’s license and reliable transportation

· Must speak English

· Must be able to multi-task

· Must be able to communicate with vendors and contractors

· Must be able to pass a background check

· Must have at least 2 years experience working in building maintenance or construction

· Lift heavy objects

· Willing to work outside

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
