*Job Summary*

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks.

*Duties*

- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming floors to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.

- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and sanitizing surfaces.

- Picking up debris around the property to include interior and exterior of building including parking areas.

- Respond promptly to cleaning requests or emergencies to maintain operational efficiency.

- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.

*Experience*

- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is mandatory.

- Knowledge of proper cleaning supplies and equipment usage is beneficial.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating good communication skills.
