Job Role:

Performs a variety of routine custodian tasks not limited to sweeping, mopping, cleaning, emptying trash receptacles, cutting up delivery pallets and disposing of them etc.
Performs minor repairs on furniture, buildings and equipment
Clean, sanitize and supply bathrooms
Ensure grounds are clean and orderly
Completes projects with minimal guidance showing a proactive attitude to minimize interruption to production
Identifies and reports hazardous conditions and facility maintenance to management
Must adhere to health and safety procedures, and all workplace policies
Others duties as assigned

What You Will Bring to the Team:

High School Diploma or Equivalency
Two years of relevant work experience
Proficient computer skills (e.g. MS Office Suite)
Physical stamina and dexterity
Very good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Able to work under pressure
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Non-exempt, full time

Regular Hours of Work:

Normal Business Hours 1st shift 7:00AM – 4:00PM and 2nd shift 4:00PM – 1:00AM, Mon-Fri; Weekends, Holidays and work hours as scheduled by Management.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Combination of indoor and outdoor activities with varying conditions
Requires walking, standing, sitting, climbing, balancing, bending, reaching, handling, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds
May involve operating material handling equipment in a safe manner
Work may include exposure to variable noise levels, fumes, airborne particles, hazardous chemicals, etc., requiring personal protective equipment
Some positions may require working with small parts/components, necessitating excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
