Summary:
The Residential/Commercial Cleaner position requires a dedicated individual with core skills in cleaning and customer service. Relevant experience in fields such as janitorial, laundry, custodial, hotel experience, carpet cleaning, housekeeping, and commercial cleaning will be beneficial. The ideal candidate should possess strong time management skills, effective communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services to both residential and business clients, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment. Reporting to the supervisor, the cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, following specific cleaning protocols, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Launder and change bed linens when requested
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Empty trash and replace garbage bags
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

- Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and standing for long periods of time
