Textile T-Shirt Screen Printer Needed

Screen Printer needed to run M&R and manual press for 45-year established Sarasota company with reputation for quality and service. Applicant must have complete knowledge of screen-print process including press set-up, screen cleaning, exposure, ink mixing, etc. We are looking for a dependable self starter who is has the skills to work unsupervised. Full time Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00. Full benefits after 90 days, including insurance. Salary based upon experience. Job Summary
As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality prints on various materials, especially tee shirts, using screen printing techniques. This role requires a keen eye for detail to bring designs to life.

Duties
- Prepare screens for printing
- Mix and adjust ink colors to match design specifications
- Operate screen printing machines to print designs on garments and bags
- Ensure print quality meets standards by inspecting finished products for accuracy and consistency
- Maintain and clean printing equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance

Skills
- Familiarity with screen printing techniques and equipment
