*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. *Responsibilities* - Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste - Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways and lobbies - Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs - Notify management of any repairs needed - Follow all health and safety regulations *Qualifications* - Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred - Knowledge of various cleaning chemicals and supplies - Ability to handle basic maintenance equipment such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently - Familiarity with residential painting, floor care, porter duties, industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, facilities maintenance, buffing, and general cleaning practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
