A cleaning technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of a designated facility or area. The job description typically includes the following responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors and surfaces.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as required.
Empty trash cans and dispose of waste in a safe and sanitary manner.
Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and according to manufacturer's instructions.
Restock cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when supplies are low.
Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules to ensure that all areas are cleaned on a regular basis.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients, customers, and other employees.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and sanitation.
Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
