Responsibilities:

Position Requirements Include but not limited to:

* Unlock and open common area buildings and pools

* Basic Maintenance such as painting, changing light bulbs, power washing, repairs within the common area as needed

* Clean and Maintain laundry rooms, pool area, pool furniture and clubhouse

* Pick up trash around common area grounds as well as fallen branches, keep walkways and driveways free of debris

* Meet with onsite service vendors and pest control as needed

* Report and maintain communication with property management company about all maintenance issues onsite

Looking for a self starter who doesn't need a lot of direction and does what needs to be done on a daily and weekly basis.

Experience:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
