We are currently seeking motivated Repair Technicians to join our team in Central and South Florida. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and safety of PPE for first responders. For those equipped with the necessary tools, we offer the option to work remotely, giving you the flexibility to work from your own environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Proficient in sewing with a high level of craftsmanship
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Solid understanding of basic math
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, while also demonstrating self-motivation
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on finding practical solutions
Strong attention to detail and precision
Highly motivated to meet and exceed performance goals
Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and standards
Ability to prioritize workload and stay productive, even when faced with unexpected changes
Competent in following detailed instructions
Clear and effective communication skills with team members and supervisors
Personal equipment preferred for those who choose the remote work option (NEEDLE WALKING FOOT SEWING MACHINE, Long Arm Commercial Sewing Machine, Heat Press)
