Please note - this is a part time position. 1-2 hours per day preferably in the mornings.

## Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring that all facilities are safe and well-cared for.

## Duties

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies

- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly

- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways and lobbies

- Perform floor care duties including mopping floors

- Assist with porter duties as needed

- Conduct commercial, industrial, and residential cleaning tasks

- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs needed

## Qualifications

- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work

- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment

- Ability to handle basic maintenance tasks

- Familiarity with floor care procedures

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
