Eagle Grill & Oyster Bar is looking for experienced oyster & clam shuckers to join our team!

Shucking experience is required and will be tested.

We are a well established family owned restaurant that has been in business for over 17 years. We are experiencing another record breaking year and looking to add an oyster & clam shucker to our team!

Hourly pay will be based off experience and ability, with tips the position earns over $25 per hour!

Job tasks for the position are as follows:

Opening and plating raw clams & oysters
Operating & cleaning a steamer
Understanding and knowledge of raw bar offerings
Cleaning glassware for the bar
Re-stocking of beers, liquors, and wines.
Occasional greeting of customers and explanation of products
Prepping sauces and lemons needed for raw bar plates
High level of cleanliness and tidiness of your work area.

Job Requirements:

· Must be over 18 years of age as you are behind the bar and dealing with alcohol

· Must be eligible to work in the US

· Must be fluent in English

· Reliable transportation to and from work

· Ability to work evenings & weekends

· Must work well with others

· No shellfish allergies!
