We are currently looking to hire an EXPERIENCED POOL CLEANER to manage a residential pool route consisting of 70-75 pools. The ideal candidate will reside within a close distance from the Altamonte / Longwood area. This position involves outdoor work in various weather conditions and requires physical exertion, including bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and prolonged periods of standing.

Responsibilities:

Perform pool cleaning duties according to company standards and methods
Manage a minimum of 15 pools daily with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain open communication with clients and address any concerns promptly
Work independently and start early ( starting by 7 a.m.) to ensure timely completion of tasks
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean driving record
Utilize hand-held devices for scheduling and communication purposes

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in pool cleaning
Valid Florida driver license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working with hand-held devices
Non-drug user
Must be eligible to work in the USA
Must be able to show up ON TIME daily

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $650.00 - $850.00 per week
